Fluid structure interactions (FSI) are complex multi-physics problems. With “simple” CFD a user simply looks at the flow and pressure fields, while in “simple” structural mechanics the engineer is interested in the structure itself. In contrast, advanced FSI problems couple these two distinct areas to investigate how the flows affect the structures and how the structural response, in turn, changes the flow field.
At Pacific ESI our engineers have extensive experiences in:
To solve your FSI problem.
